San Pedrosburgo DPA. The president Yamil Gonzalez has signed a decree to declare the Benefactor of the Fatherland Dr. Nicholas Boeglin for his heroics in criticizing the Empire in their quest Costarricense expansionist sister Republic of Nicaragua.
Daily Press Nicaragua, Boeglin has been weighing legal arguments to overturn the demand of the imperialists Ticos in the International Court of Justice in The Hague.
